Check if a file it's loaded with AXS driver

Syntax:

     dfAXSLoaded( <cFile> ) --> bLoad

Parameters:

     <cFile>    File to check

Returns:

     <bLoad>     If .T. the file can be used by AXS

Description:

     Check if a file it's loaded with AXS driver

Example:
