ddFileIsTab()
Tests if the current dbDD file is a table file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     ddFileIsTab() --> lTab

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <lTab> is .T. if the file is a table.

Description:

     Tests if the current dbDD file is a table file

Example:

     LOCAL lIsTab
     ddFilePos( "Clients")  // sets the position
     lIsTab := ddFileIsTab() // verify if it is a table
