dbTabGet()
Reads a value from a table
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbTabGet( <cTabId>, <cTabChk>, <cFieRet> ) --> uRet

Parameters:

     <cTabId>   Table ID
     <cTabChk>  Key field to search
     <cFieRet>  Field that must be returned

Returns:

     <uRet> Value read in the table

Description:

     Reads a value from table <cTabId>, from field <cTabChk>

Example:

     LOCAL cVar       // the description of an Employee
                      // code is read from a table
     cVar := dbTabGet( "TabEmp", "01", "cDesEmp" )
