dfHot()
Set the Hot Key Character
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfHot( [<cChar>] ) --> cOldHot

Parameters:

     <cCode>    New Hot Key char

Returns:

     <cOldHot> Old Hot Key char

Description:

     Set the Hot Key Character for redefining the Hot Key at runtime

Example:

     dfHot("~") // Set the Hot Key
     dfSay( 10, 10, "~Test", "W+/B", "B/W" )
     
     dfHot("^") // Reset the Hot Key to the standard
     dfSay( 10, 10, "^Test", "W+/B", "B/W" )
