dfHlp()
Help Function
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfHlp( [<cEndIv>], [<cSubId>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cEnvId>   Environment identifier. DEFAULT M-> EnvId
     <cSubId>   Element of the environment. DEFAULT M-> SubId

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Call the Help of the application

Example:

     dfHlp() // Call the Help of the application
