dfArrApp()
Returns an array of the internal settings.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfArrApp() --> aApp

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <aApp> Array with the internal settings

Description:

     Returns the array with the internal settings of the application.

Example:

     LOCAL aApp:= dfArrApp()   // load an array
                               // with that of the settings
