dbCfgOpen()
Opens a configuration file
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbCfgOpen( <cFile> ) --> lOpen

Parameters:

     <cFile>    Name of the configuration file.

     |  "dbTabD"         | Table files             |
     |  "dbLogin"        | Password                |

Returns:

     <lOpen> is .T. if the file was correctly opened; .F. otherwise

Description:

     Opens a dBsee system file and eventually restores its indexes. If the
     specified file is already open it is selected and its first index is
     opened.

Example:

     dbCfgOpen( "dbdd" )  // Opens the application
                          // data dictionary
