dbCfgClose()
Closes a configuration file

Syntax:

     dbCfgClose( <cFile> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cFile>    Name of the configuration file.

     NIL

Description:

     Closes a dBsee system file.

Example:

     dbCfgClose( "dbdd" )  // Closes the application
                           // data dictionary
