dbFrameUpd()
Updates the FRAME current line
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbFrameUpd( <cString>, [<nOfs>] ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cString>  String to be displayed
     <nOfs>     Offset to use. DEFAULT 0

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Updates the current line of the FRAME, writing <cString>

Example:

     dbFrameOn( 3, 10, 20, 76 ) // opens a new Frame
     dbFrameTit( "Initializing ..." ) // Changes its title
     dbFrameDis( "Old line" ) // Displays a line
     dbInk()
     dbFrameUpd( "New line" ) // Updates the line
