dbFrameLine()
Displays a line in a FRAME

Syntax:

     dbFrameLine( <cLine> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cLine>    Character that is repeated to build the line

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Displays a line in a frame, which is given by a sequence of the same
     character

Example:

     dbFrameOn( 3, 10, 20, 76 ) // Opens a Frame box
     dbFrameTit( "Initializing ..." ) // Change title
     dbFrameLine( "-" ) // Display row composed of "-"
