dbFrameBox()
Displays a character string in a Frame
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbFrameBox( <cLine> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cLine>    Character string to be displayed

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Displays a character string in the current active Frame. The string is
     displayed within a box.

Example:

     dbFrameOn( 3, 10, 20, 76 ) // Opens a new Frame
     dbFrameTit( "Initializing ..." ) // Changes its title
     dbFrameBox( "Prova Box" ) // Displays the string
