dfRetChr()
Translates an identifier into a character
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfRetChr( <uFun> ) --> cStr

Parameters:

     <uFun>     Identifier.

Returns:

     <cStr>     Corresponding string.

Description:

     Converts a string containing functions and/or memory variables into a
     string where they are replaced with they value.

Example:

     dfRetChr( "Time()" )        // 13:00:23
