dfOR()
binary OR between two numbers
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfOR( <nVal1>, <nVal2> ) --> nOR

Parameters:

     <nVal1>    First term.
     <nVal2>    Second term.

Returns:

     <nOR> Binary OR result.

Description:

     Performs a binary OR operation between two numbers.

Example:

     ? dfOR( 254, 5 ) // 255
