dfMemBase()
Return the KB of the conventional memory
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfMemBase() --> nMem

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <nMem> KN of conventional memory

Description:

     Return the KB of the conventional memory

Example:

     // Memory
     ? "Convention    :", dfMemBase()
     ? "Extendex      :", dfMemExt()
