Allow to create a serial number

Syntax:

     dfKey2Serial( <cKey>, <nVer>, [<nSeed>] ) --> cSerial

Parameters:

     <cKey>     Key to create
     <nVer>     Check type

     <nSeed>    Cript value. DEFAULT 85

Returns:

     <cSerial>   A valid serial number

Description:

     Allow to create a valid serial number to create a simply protection to
     your programs
