dfIsZip()
Controls if a given file is a ZIP
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfIsZip(<cFile>) --> lZip

Parameters:

     <cFile>    Files of which to establish if a ZIP

Returns:

     <lZip> If .T. the file a ZIP

Description:

     Permits to know if a determined file is a ZIP type

Example:

     IF dfIsZip( "dbsee.zip")
      ?  "The file is a ZIP"
     ENDIF
