dfErrorSys()
Error handling
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfErrorSys()

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Replaces the standard Clipper ErrorSys, with a function that also
     reports the error in the logging file "DBSTART.LOG".

Example:

     dfErrorSys()
