dfCurDim()
Sets the cursor dimensions
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfCurDim( <nStart>, <nEnd> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <nStart>   Starting row (from 0 to 16)
     <nEnd>     Ending row. (from 0 to 16)

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Sets the cursor dimensions

Example:

     dfCurDim( 1, 16 )
