dfANSI2OEM()
Convert from the ANSI character set to the OEM
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfANSI2OEM( <cString> ) --> cNew

Parameters:

     <cString>  ANSI String

Returns:

     <cNew>        OEM String

Description:

     Converte from the ANSI character set (Windows) to the OEM character
     set (DOS)

Example:

     ? dfANSI2OEM("..-.-......")
