dbSouErr()
Beeps a sound message
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dbSouErr() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     A sound message is uttered, and the keyboard buffer is cleared.

Example:

     IF !FILE( "USERS.DBF" )
        dbSouErr()
        ? "Can't find file USERS.DBF"
        dBInk()
     END
