Modifies a tBrowse cell

Syntax:

     tbModCel( <oTbr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <oTbr>     tBrowse object

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Modifies the current cell of a tBrowse object

Example:

     // tBrowse initialization
     oTbr := tbBrwNew( 0, 0, MAXROW(), MAXCOL() )
     // ...
     tbModCel( oTbr )
