dfUsrMsg()
Displays a temporary string in the bottom line

Syntax:

     dfUsrMsg( <cStr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cStr>     String to display

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Displays a row in the botton screen line, without assigning it to the
     internal USR array. The string remains on the screen until the
     function is called again.

Example:

     dfUsrMsg( "Message" )
