dfUsrInfo()
Displays a screen in the status line
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfUsrInfo( <cStr> ) --> NIL

Parameters:

     <cStr>     String to display

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Displays a string in the USR at the bottom of the screen. The message
     remains displayed until the function is called again.

Example:

     dfUsrInfo( "USR Message" )
