dfPIStep()
Updates a Progress Indicator
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfPIStep( <nCurrent>, <nTotal>,;
                       [<cMsg>] ) --> lContinue

Parameters:

     <nCurrent> Current value
     <nTotal>   Total value
     <cMsg>     Message to display when the user wants to quit the system

Returns:

     <lContinue> Is .T. if the user has chosen to quit the system

Description:

     Updates the current progress indicator

Example:

     dfPIOn( "Scanning Master File" )
     Customer->(dbGoTop())
     WHILE !(Customer->(Eof()))
        dfPIStep( RECNO(), RECCOUNT() )
        Customer->(dbSkip())
     ENDDO
     dfPIOff()
