dfPIOff()
Closes the last opened progress indicator
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfPiOff() --> NIL

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     NIL

Description:

     Closes the last opened progress indicator

Example:

     dfPIOn( "Scanning Master File" )
     Customer->(dbGoTop())
     WHILE !(Customer->(Eof()))
        dfPIStep( RECNO(), RECCOUNT() )
        Customer->(dbSkip())
     ENDDO
     dfPIOff()
