   A Say control is a string of characters brought to the object. It is
   usually used to bring fixed texts into a report.

   To insert a Say control, move the cursor in the desired position and
   enter the text.
    The Ctrl-Enter or Alt-E keys will allow to define properties of
   the control, for instance the identifier or the conditional Display, an
   expression used to bind the display to the specific condition.
