   During the reporting, the system takes all the printer control codes
   (escape sequences) used for setting the described printer attributes, from
   the DBSTART.INI file. In this file, for each printer defined, the relative
   escape sequences are listed.

   By default, dBsee generates the DBSTART.INI file (subdirectory EXE of the
   project) with 3 commonly used printers. In the dBsee package there is a
   file, called PRNDEF.TXT (directory \DBSEE4\BIN), which contains the
   control codes for over 300 printers.

   With a text editor, the DBSTART.INI file can be modified, adding the
   control code of your printer found in the PRNDEF.TXT file to the
   [printer] section. During execution of the generated application, the
   user can select the new printer from the list of available printers.

   Regenerating DBSTART.INI, the system will overwrite the modifications. In
   order to make the changes permanent, the DBSTART.TMP template (in
   \DBSEE4\TMP\CLIPPER5) must be modified.
