   Name of Table file. For default the name is dBTabD but can be freely
   modified.

   In case that the name is modified, the system must be informed about this
   fact. The final application reads the central Table file's name from the
   dBStart.INI configuration file. The table file must also be created. In
   order to update the current project with the new settings, some operations
   must be executed. From the Generator environment, the following
   options are to be generated:

     . Table file - GenDbt

     . Configuration files - GenCfg

   The dBstart.INI file contains a particular section, dedicated to the Table
   files. This section describes the Table's name, the index file name, and
   the indication for modifying the data. By default, this last option is set
   to YES.

     TabName=dbTabD
     TabIndex1=dbTabD1
     TabModify=YES

   Of course, the dBstart.INI file can always be edited with a text editor
   manually.
