   If it is necessary to insert a field with similar properties of one that
   already exists, it is possible to copy the definitions of this field
   in the following way:

     . Select and press the Dictionary button from the dBsee
       main menu.

     . Position the cursor on the file whose structure is currently
       being defined.

     . Press the Fields button.

     . By using the arrow keys, position the cursor in
       correspondence to the field that has the similar properties desired
       for the field to be inserted.

     . Press the Alt-Ins keys. The system will display the
       field definition frame with all data copied for the new field. You
       must enter a different name, otherwise the system will not accept the
       new field.

     . Make the necessary changes and confirm the insertion by
       using the F10 (Save) key.

     . Press F10 again to confirm the fields.
