dfVRCreate()
Creates a VIRTUAL RECORD entry
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfVRCreate() --> aVRRec

Parameters:

     NONE

Returns:

     <aVRRec> new entry

Description:

     Creates a new entry to be added to the Virtual record. The entry is
     actually an array, whose components must be properly assigned before
     adding it to the virtual record.

Example:

     LOCAL aRec := dfVRCreate()
