CSETRDEL()

Syntax:     CSETRDEL()

Returns:    A character string.
            The character stipulated as the right-hand delimiter is returned.

Usage:      This function can be used to determine the current character
            used for the right-hand delimiter in GET fields.

Notes:      The delimiter character cannot be changed with this function.
