CSETLDEL()

Syntax:     CSETLDEL()

Returns:    A character string.
            The character stipulated as the left-hand delimiter is returned.

Usage:      The function can be used to scan the current character used
            for the left-hand delimiter in GET fields.

Notes:      The delimiter character cannot be changed with this function.
