 C_ISLEAP()

 DESCRIPTION

 C_ISLEAP() determines whether a specified year is a leap year.

 SYNTAX

 C_ISLEAP(date)

 PARAMETERS

 date (D/C/N) is the variable to check for leap year.  The date
 argument may be specified as a date variable, a character string
 ("DD/MM/YY"), or a two or four digit numeric year in the format YY
 or YYYY.

 RETURNS

 C_ISLEAP() returns true (.T.) if the year is a leap year, otherwise
 false (.F.).

 EXAMPLES

 date1 = ctod("10/01/88")
 date2 = ctod("02/01/90")
