 C_DRIVESTR() returns all of the floppy and hard disk drives
 available on the system.

 NOTES

 C_DRIVESTR() includes a ramdisk as a valid drive on the system.

 RETURNS

 C_DRIVESTR() returns the available disk drives on the system as a
 character string.
