Destroy a menu and free its resources

Syntax
DestroyMenu( <aMenu> )   -->   lSuccess

Arguments
<aMenu> is the array describing the menu to be destroyed.  It
must not be in use.

Returns
If successful, logical TRUE (.T.) is returned, otherwise FALSE
(.F.) is returned.

Description
This function frees any memory or other resources associated
with the specified menu.

An application need not destroy any menu it assigned to a
window using SetMenu(), as Windows does this automatically.
