CreatePopupMenu()
Create a new pop-up menu structure

Syntax
CreatePopupMenu()   -->   aPopupMenu

Arguments
None.

Returns
An array of information about the pop-up menu, which may be
passed to the related function AppendMenu().  This array
should not be altered or examined, and is subject to change in
future versions of Clip-4-Win.

Description
This function is used to create an empty pop-up menu
structure, which can be added to using AppendMenu(), and
activated using SetMenu().

AppendMenu( aPopupMenu, "exit", MF_ENABLED + MF_STRING,     ;
