SetCaretPos()
Set the x-y position of the caret

Syntax
SetCaretPos( <nX>, <nY> )   -->   nil

Arguments
<nX>, <nY> are integers representing the new x,y co-ordinates
of the caret's position.

Returns
NIL.

Description
This function changes the caret's position, relative to the
window containing the caret (normally the application's top-
level window).

Example
// Move the caret right
SetCaretPos( GetCaretX() + 1, GetCaretY() )
