GetCaretY()
Get the y-position of the caret

Syntax
GetCaretY()   -->   nY

Arguments
None.

Returns
An integer representing the current y co-ordinate of the
caret's position.

Description
This function returns the caret's y-position, relative to the
window containing the caret (normally the application's top-
level window).

Example
// Move the caret down
SetCaretPos( GetCaretX(), GetCaretY() + 1 )
