    about the size of a window, you can fetch the size of the window
    using GetClientRect() if you want the size in pixels, or MaxRow()
    and MaxCol() if you want the size in (fixed-width font) characters.

    You will also get an EVENT_REDRAW after the EVENT_WINSIZE.
