Determine whether a window is maximised

Syntax
IsZoomed( <hWnd> )   -->   lMaximised

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window.

Returns
A logical TRUE (.T.) is returned if the window is currently
maximised.  Otherwise, FALSE (.F.) is returned.

Description
This function provides a way for an application to determine
the state of a window.

if  IsZoomed( hWnd )
     ? maxrow(), maxcol()
endif
