IsWindow()
Determine whether a window handle is valid

Syntax
IsWindow( <hWnd> )   -->   lValidWindow

Arguments
<hWnd> is the handle to the window.

Returns
A logical TRUE (.T.) is returned if the handle is a a valid
handle to a window.  Otherwise, FALSE (.F.) is returned.

Description
This function allows an application to determine whether a
handle to a window is valid.
