LoadCursor()
Load a standard Windows cursor or a cursor resource

Syntax
LoadCursor( <hInst>, <nCursor> | <cCursor> )   -->   hCursor

Arguments
<hInst> is the handle of the instance of the application (as
returned by the _GetInstance() function), or a handle of a DLL
(as returned by the LoadLibrary() function).  The default is the
current application.

<nCursor> is a number identifying a pre-defined cursor to load
(one of the IDC_* values defined in WINDOWS.CH), or the numeric id
of a cursor resource.

<cCursor> is the name of a cursor resource.

Returns
If successful, the handle to the cursor is returned as a non-
zero number.  Otherwise, zero (0) is returned.

Description
This function can be used to access the standard (pre-defined)
cursors known to Windows, or to fetch cursors from resource files.

If an application uses this function, it should not call the
DestroyCursor() function.
