 Return number of function keys as a constant

 Syntax

     FKMAX() --> nFunctionKeys

 Description

     FKMAX() is a compatibility function used to replicate the FKMAX()
     function in dBASE III PLUS.  As a general principle, the use of this
     function is not recommended and not needed in CA-Clipper.  It simply
     returns a constant value of 40.
