 Declare message and corresponding method

 Syntax:

    METHOD <message name> = <method name> [CONSTRUCTOR | CTOR]

 Description:

    This command has been replaced by the MESSAGE...METHOD command.

    This was done firstly because MESSAGE...METHOD is more descriptive,
    and secondly because the functionality of the MESSAGE command is
    being expanded for the next major version of Class(y), and use of
    MESSAGE...METHOD will be more consistent with the expanded command
    set.
