use_local_keyboard (keyboard_id)

     Usage: Attaches a keyboard to the current buffer.  Local keyboards
            are used before the global current keyboard.  There can
            only be one local keyboard at a time for each buffer.
            See manual for more info.

Parameters: Keyboard_id .int. is the keyboard id.  Use 0 to
            "unattach" a keyboard.

   Returns: Nothing
