unregister_macro (type, command_name)

     Usage: Removes a registered macro from the registered list.  See
            register_macro.

Parameters: Type .int. gives the event type. Command_name .string.
            names the function to remove.

   Returns: Greater than 0 for success (it was registered), 0 or
            less otherwise.
