set_scrap_info (insert_newline, [mark_type])

     Usage: Sets info about the current scrap buffer.

Parameters: Insert_newline .int. is 0 to include the newline at
            the end of the buffer, non-0 to omit it. Mark_type
            .int. is the type of mark to assign to the scrap.

   Returns: Nothing
