 BLILOCTOT()

 Purpose:
 Get the total local and private variables space.

 Syntax:
 nuValue = BLILOCTOT()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 Total local and private variables space in Kb.

 Description:
 This function returns the total number of Kb of memory the program may use
 for local and private variables in a CA-Clipper 5.x DOS extended or Windows
 program.

 Example:
 // Get the total local and private variables space                          
 //                                                                          
 ? "This program may create up to", BLILOCTOT()                              
 ?? " Kb of CA-Clipper local and private variables"
