Usage

   void far fg_drawthickline(fg_color_t color, int mode, int mask,

                             fg_const_pbox_t clip, int thickness);


Description

   Draw thick line. Line is drawn as if the "pen" is a square that is
   thickness pixels wide on a side. See fg_drawlineclip for a description of
   the other parameters and a (similar) example.
