Usage

   #include <iostream.hpp>

   long &ios::iword(int index);

Description

   The iword function gives access to the extended format parameter array
   element corresponding to its argument value, as a reference to a long.

Example 

   int ext_param_index = ios::xalloc();
   iword(ext_param_index) = 0;

Return Value

   A reference to a long.
